KANSAS GEOLOGICAL SOCIETY TECHNICAL PROGRAMS
In order to reassure those geologists whose names start with A-L, who will commence the period in which they need to earn CEU’s for license renewal on July 1, 2003 and for those geologists whose names start with M to Z who still need CEU’s, this report is being issued.

Wednesday, Feb. 12:  Dr. James Aber, Emporia State
"Kite Aerial Photography With Examples From Estonia and Kansas”

Wednesday, Feb. 19:  Bob Vincent
“Exploring for Water:  Same as Exploring for Oil or Different?”

Wednesday, Feb. 26:  Greg Davis—Vulcan Chemical - Title to be announced, but will be concerning deep disposal wells
 

Possible Reserves:
 Dr. James Reilly, NASA, Astronaut/Geologist.  Said he would like to return to Wichita to make a 
 presentation.  Money would have to be raised to pay his expenses. 
 

All technical meetings are held at 12:30 p.m. in the Bank of America Auditorium 
unless otherwise noted.

Note:  For those geologists who need 30  points to renew their licenses, there will be a sign-in sheet at each presentation and also a certificate of attendance.
